What makes a contractor site bring in calls.

I built this homepage for DWV Construction, a Portland remodeler. Each marker points to a part that gives a homeowner a reason to call.

dwvconstruction.com
The DWV Construction homepage
  • A page for each service and area

Each service and area gets its own page, so a search for a remodel nearby lands on the right one.

  • Google rating above the headline

Homeowners check reviews first, and here the stars and the review count sit above the pitch.

  • The work and the area in plain words

Kitchens, bathrooms, and the Portland metro are named up top, for the homeowner and for Google.

  • A call button on the first screen

The number sits in the menu and again on the photo, so a homeowner ready to talk calls in one tap.

  • A quote request with a face on it

A homeowner not ready to call sees who they are reaching, then fills in four steps about the job.

What the sites and campaigns bring in.

A client describes the first month after launch, and I report what one campaign I manage closes each week.

Live in 7 business days from first draft approval.

Four steps from intake to a live site. $375 to start and $375 after launch.

  1. Intake

You send the form or text me. I scope the build with you, your trade, your cities, and the jobs you want more of, and I send the scope back in writing.

  2. Deposit and build

$375 starts the build. Send me your logo, job photos with the town, and your license number. I build the pages in React and Next.js and send you a first draft.

  3. Review and approve

You review the first draft on your phone and text me the changes. Approve it and I take the site live within 7 business days, with hosting, domain, and SSL handled.

  4. Live

$375 after launch. Quote requests hit your phone and email, the chatbot takes job details at 9pm, and every new city you add is a $30 page.

What a quote request looks like on your phone.

A homeowner sends the form on your site, and within seconds your phone shows the job, the town, and when to call back.

  • The details you ask for

The form asks the questions you pick for your trade, like the service, the town, the size of the job, and when to call back.

  • A text and an email at once

Each request lands on your phone as a text and in your inbox as an email at the same moment.

  • Call back with the job in hand

Tap the number in the text and start the call already knowing the job, the town, and the timeline.

The website is what the other two build on.

Add the calculator or the ad campaign whenever the work calls for it.

Arseni Filon

Web developer, Contractor Marketing NW

I scope your site in writing, build it in React and Next.js, make your changes, and take it live. From the first text to launch day, you deal with me.

I study cybersecurity at Highline College and work from Seattle, WA, for licensed contractors across Washington and Oregon.

Your site is software, built page by page.

Arseni writes every page in React and Next.js, the same stack Vercel and Netflix run on, and deploys it on Cloudflare’s global edge so it loads fast on a phone at a jobsite.
